Instructions
Fill tub:
Pour hot water into the foot tub.
Add base ingredients:
Stir in epsom salt and baking soda until fully dissolved.
Choose a variation:
For a customized soak, add the ingredients for one of the three options above.
Prep citrus fruits:
Roll citrus under your palm, slice in half, squeeze juice into the water, then add the peel to the soak.
Stir to combine:
Mix any added ingredients well using a wooden spoon.
Soak feet:
Place feet in the tub and soak for 15 minutes, or until the water becomes too cool.
Dry thoroughly:
Remove feet and pat dry with a clean towel.

Fresh citrus and grated ginger are most effective when used right after prep.
