Instructions
Combine the half-and-half and honey in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
Cook, stirring constantly, until the honey has completely dissolved into the half-and-half. Do not allow the mixture to simmer or boil.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
Cool to room temperature, then transfer the creamer to an airtight container and refrigerate. Shake well before each use.

Store the coffee creamer in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Do not allow the mixture to boil while heating, as excessive heat can affect the texture of the dairy.
For the best flavor, use pure vanilla extract rather than imitation vanilla.
